Rental Policy

This is ONLY an application to discuss the possibility of a rental booking depending on availability.

Please enquire in advance to ensure your Houseboat is available. All prices quoted on this site are in Canadian Dollars. Reservations can be made by phone, fax, e-mail, or our Secure Online Form

Rental Terms and Conditions

Rental Requirements: All rental charges must be paid in advance by cash, cashiers check or approved credit card. All houseboats will be available for pick-up after 10:00 AM on the date of departure and must be returned prior to 6:00 PM on the day of return. Houseboats may only be picked up by the applicants.

Applicants must be at least 25 years of age.

All the information I have given is true and correct.

I understand that you will perform a credit investigation on me and my spouse and I hereby authorize you to receive information on my credit from others.

I understand that based on your investigation of my credit, you may at your discretion, require an additional security deposit for me to obtain rental credit. I understand that the lessor reserves the right to refund the deposit due to unavailability of a houseboat due to accident or breakdown. No refunds for early returns.
